It's funny how such a simple thing can lead to so much. It all began with a messy toddler bathtub. Designer Rebecca Finell's wheels started turning and the original Boon Frog Pod was born.
But the problem solving didn't stop there. She had lots of ideas for other parenting innovations so she sought out a partner, Ryan Fernandez, who could create a successful business. Together they founded Boon Inc. Today Boon offers a wide range of products that help parents all over the world. Based in Arizona USA, Boon is committed to creating nothing but the most innovative gear, and keeping it affordable. Their design studio is always in motion, tackling one parenting challenge after another. And don't forget their commitment to quality and safety.
Boon products meet or exceed all applicable U.S. government and state safety regulations, as well as applicable U.S. "voluntary" standards and international safety regulations and standards. These safety regulations in the U.S. include the Consumer Products Safety Act, the Federal Hazardous Substances Act as well as the ASTM toy safety standard F963. Included in these standards are safety requirements for lead and other heavy metals in surface decorations, the use of plastics that do not contain certain phthalates, and requirements for product design and construction to prevent hazards during use of the products.
During product development and throughout the manufacturing process, Boon continually test their products for compliance with these regulations and standards, utilizing both internal testing resources as well as independent testing laboratories.
